- Only participants who have been registered to the congress are allowed to register to the workshops
- There are limited seats on the workshops of Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy. The rule first come first served applies
** The special fee does not apply for the trainees
- The students are not allowed to register to the workshops


Cancellation policy

- Cancellations made till 31st of January 2024 will be reimbursed 100%
- Cancellations made from 1st of February 2024 till 31st of March 2024 will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount of the registration fee
- After March 31st of 2024 no reimbursements will be made
