Summary

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before March 1st 2026 - 100% of the registration fee is refundable.
If cancelled from March 1st 2026 to April 1st 2026 - 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds are payable from April 1st 2026 onwards.

Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ESAFORM 2026 Secretariat at info@esaform2026.org
