* Participants of the ESCP Masterclass can attend the 4th GSCP Biannual Meeting. 

Registration includes congress material, participation in the scientific program and the exhibition, coffees and light lunch. 

All prices above include VAT 24%.

Cancelation and reimbursement 
In order to secure a place in the ESCP Masterclass the full registration fee should be paid.
In case of cancellation up to 3 March, 2025 an administration fee of 50 EUR will be charged while the rest of registration fee will be reimbursed. After 3 March, 2025 no reimbursement will be possible. 

Letter Submission

Surgeons in training are required to provide a letter from their Head of Department regarding their training status.
