Pictures and videos taken at the 73rd CIRP General Assembly could be reproduced in news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including social media.
Global Events reserves the right to crop and edit any imagery or photographs taken at the 73rd CIRP General Assembly.
Please note that by registering your attendance to the 73rd CIRP General Assembly, you are accepting photography, audio recording and video recording usage.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before May 1st 2024 - 100% of the registration fee is refundable.
If cancelled from May 1st 2024 to June 1st 2024 - 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds are payable from June 1st 2024 onwards.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy for the official hotel Makedonia Palace Hotel:
Written cancellation received until June 30th 2024: no cancellation fees will be applied
Written cancellation received from July 1st 2024 to July 14th 2024: reimbursement of 50%
Written cancellation received from July 15th 2024 and later: no refunds will be possible
Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the General Assembly Secretariat at info@cirp2024.org
Cancellation of the General Assembly:
In case of cancellation of the in person physical event due to force majeure (referring to natural disaster, pandemic, war, etc.), the organizing company (Global Events) reserves the right to hold the conference as a virtual congress if this is feasible.
It is explicitly agreed that all participation costs (registration fees) related to the online participation of the virtual congress will continue to apply normally and will be retained by the organizing company (Global Events) for the virtual congress.
If any differences arise then that amount will be returned to the participants within 45 calendar days after the completion of the conference.
It is explicitly agreed that all costs relating to the accommodation of the participants will be reimbursed in accordance with the rules and provisions of force majeure.
Otherwise, the general cancellation policy of the conference will continue to apply.
Additionally, in case of cancellation of the in person physical or virtual conference due to force majeure (referring to natural disaster, pandemic, war, etc.), it is explicitly agreed that the participants will not be able to claim any financial compensation from the organizers.
The obligation of the organizers to the participants will be eliminated only with the reimbursement of the amounts paid for registration, accommodation and food & beverage costs, in accordance with the previous terms stated.
