Cancellation policy

Cancellations made after 1st of July until 15th of August will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount of the registration fee.

After August 16th no reimbursements will be made.


Please also note, that according to the latest measures against COVID19 pandemia, all the meeting’s attendees must be fully vaccinated otherwise it will not be permitted their entrance to the meeting’s area.

• Written cancellation received until June 15th, 2022: 1 night cancellation fees will be applied.
• Written cancellation received from June 16h, 2022 to July 18th 2022: reimbursement of 50%
• Written cancellation received from July 19th, 2022 and later: no refund will be possible.
