Residents: all residents from colleges approved by the European Board of Veterinary Specialisation (EBVS) as well as residents of the American College of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology (ACVCP).

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before May 1st 2026 - 100% of the registration fee is refundable.
If cancelled from May1st 2026 to June 1st 2026 - 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds are payable from June1st 2026 onwards.

Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
